How are we going to work in this workshop?
Short blocks of theory are followed with exercises, role plays and case studies you can connect to your work situation. The workshop is packed with practical cases, interactive exercises, and researched knowledge.
The theory and definitions covered in this workshop include only what you need to know and do about talents and strengths, and the ways they impact engagement, productivity, profitability and even a job creation.
We are not going to work on finding faults within you, your team or organization. We are not going to focus on weaknesses, although we will recommend the ways to overcome them. We will concentrate on bringing the best out of everyone's potential, directing the right people to the right tasks -- to excel on all organizational levels.
What about the various tools to estimate your talents and potential? You have probably taken various tests or surveys to help you define where to concentrate your efforts. A lot of this knowledge typically remains on paper without clear action plan or exact steps you can take immediately at the current job and organization. That is what we are going to do during this workshop. We will look at several tools that can be useful for this purpose, but will guide you through the process of actively seeking and defining the actions you can take towards using your talents and strengths now, and fulfilling your potential where you are (not at some imagined time in future.)
